Although starting with dairy products such as milk, cream, butter, cheese, yogurts and juices, the company has seen growth in other areas such as European cheeses, bread, pasteurised egg products, mayonnaise, cooking and dipping sauces and bacon products (sausages, rashers, black & white pudding).

Dairyland Cuisine has become a major food service provider with a wide product range and run by the Kiernan family continues to keep the family tradition, knowledge and experience. The Kiernan family, made up of four brothers started in the milk business in 1956, three working in distribution (Patsy, Brendan and Gerry) and one working on the farm (Tommy).
There have been many changes over the years; the early years had such famous Dublin names as Wood Park Dairies, Merville Dairies based in Finglas and Killester, Hughes Brothers in Rathfarnham and Dublin Dairies in both Kimmage and on the Howth Road.The business has evolved from a doorstep business to a national food service business in the last 15 years and continues to grow into one of the leading dairy providers in the country.

Dairyland Cuisine prides itself on its policy of sourcing the majority of its product from within the Republic of Ireland, our passion for sourcing fresh Irish quality products for our customers is the same today as it was 50 years ago. We work with many great Irish food producers, Donegal Creameries, Lakeland Dairies, Blenders ,Irish Pride, Nest Box, Walshe’s fresh Juices, and Bandon Vale cheddar, Irish Yogurt from West Cork.
