Our coffee section will focus on the growing speciality coffee market within Ireland, and especially the growing quality focused coffee destinations around the city. Consistency is king with coffee, you can have the best beans, the top barista and yet if the milk is not right, the coffee will be flat.

This is where we come in, working with guys like Colin Harmon from 3FE (Irish Barista Champion 2009, 2010 and 2012), Ruslan Mocharskyy from Art of Coffee (Irish Latte Art Champion 2012) has given Dairyland the knowledge of what top barista’s require to give the perfect coffee experience.
We work in partnership with the guys to give them the best possible milk to perform their magic. We found that the “Organic For Us” milk was a great combination with coffee, the quality of the milk used in cappuccinos and lattes plays a hugely significant role in the overall coffee experience.

Our milk, when steamed, produces the best quality micro foam that best complements the ever changing single origin espresso offering. Colin only uses our organic full fat milk from on Grianan in his new purpose built café in Grand Canal Street.

Dairyland Cuisine is committed to reducing its environmental impact on our planet and also reducing the carbon footprint of our vehicles and also deliveries from our suppliers.
Increased efficiency is what sustainability is all about. We have been working on this project since 2011 and have implemented some changes already, our plan for a more sustainable Dairyland.
